Poly CCX 400 is an entry-level VoIP phone that gives you a native Microsoft Teams experience at the desk. Designed for how work happens today, CCX 400 has a familiar large capacitive multitouch screen oriented like a smartphone ? reducing learning time. The phone gives you incredible audio quality with Poly HD Voice and Acoustic Clarity. For handsfree communications, use the full-duplex speakerphone or connect a headset using the RJ9 port. CCX 400 has a USB port for a plug-and-play headset option. The phone’s handset is hearing aid compatible for accessibility.
Poly CCX 400 is designed for seamless Microsoft Teams integration ? provision and manage it via the Microsoft Teams Device Portal. It comes with dual Gigabit Ethernet ports for lightning-fast network connectivity. If you want to connect CCX 400 to Wi-Fi to enable wireless flexibility, Poly offers an Wi-Fi dongle (not included). Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
